You have been a victim of Identiy Theft here's what to do:

1. Contact the 3 credit bureaus and place a fraud alert on your file.
2. Order your credit report from each credit bureau.  Your entitled to a free one.
3. Create an Identity Theft Report with the FTC go here: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov
4. Monitor you progress:
1. Telephone logs
2. Mail (certified return receipts)
3. Documentation (keep all originals
4. Deadlines (important dates, company response deadline, and follow ups)
