Road Trip!

Excuses!!

Excuses...

Do you have a couple excuses that you use to often? Is "I'm too tired" your common response? Or do you say "why bother" with some resentment?

I encourage you to dig deep and find those excuses you use most often.

Now that you know your excuses. If you put that excuse or reason aside what would happen? This can reveal an opportunity that was hidden. Get out of your comfort zone and open your eyes to the opportunities before you.

Excuses are fear in disguise. Do you know the purpose of fear? Fear's purpose is to keep us safe so we don't go out of our comfort zone. However if we don't get out of our comfort zone we stay stagnant.

Give up an excuse and see what really happens!! What do you have to lose except an excuse?

How often do you say "Thank-You"?

When was the last time you told someone Thank-you?

If your in sales you already know a sincere thank-you is a great way to win a customer.  A heart-felt sincere thank-you can lighten many situations.  Thanking another for kindness brings a tremendous amount of power yet some of us hold back on this simple gesture.

Let's evaluate the last time you said thank-you.

Sit down and make a list of who you thanked in the prior week.  Did anyone from your "circle of influence" (family, children, friends)  make the cut?  What about your barista that gave you that order of coffee?

Now, ask yourself this question, "How easy is it to say Thank-You?"  When you say thank-you does it flow freely? Or is a quick gesture that is not genuine.  Gratitude, or grace, is a powerful magnetic force that attracts positive things towards us.  What can you do to have a powerful magnetic force that attracts positivity?

Try, going first be the one to say thank-you.  Say thank you to those in your "circle of influence" then reach out and say thank-you to anyone who has done a kind act to you regardless of how small.  Did you assistant send a fax for?  Say thank-you.  I challenge you to find the "little things" in life and say thank-you for them.

Fear can prevent us from acknowledging others for many reasons.  Perhaps your afraid of being taken advantage of for displaying acts of kindness.  Be gracious even in situations where another may have wronged you.  Be the change. Begin with acknowledgement.

Communication opens doors, the better communication with those in your life, the more you will become unstoppable. Saying thank-you opens these doors.  Try it!  Then ask yourself if you had conversations or exchanges that you wouldn't have if you had not opened the door of communication.

Who is first on your list to say thank-you to?

Opportunities - Did You Know They Are Everywhere?

Today's word - Opportunity!!

Did you know an Opportunity is EVERYWHERE?? You might not be tuned into it at this moment, but it's everywhere!! You have to shift your awareness in order to see the opportunities all around you.

Take a moment to sell all opportunities in the world around including the small ones. Discover the opportunities in your life and others.

When you do discover the opportunity - CELEBRATE IT!!

Did you know once you decide to see opportunities - you shift your awareness to prosperity awareness and thus becoming a magnet for all your hearts desires...

Take The Step

Throughout you life have you had your motivation peak and then only to diminish? Times when you felt a high level of motivation, when nothing could stop you from pursuing a goal or staying committed to a cause that was important to you? Now, can you recall those times you motivation diminished and waned, you felt weak, and you couldn't focus on your goal that you really did want?

So why do we sometimes reach a goal, and other times our goal is not attainable?

The secret is to know your internal personal motivators or your why and how they tie in with the goals you want to obtain. Did you know there is a process for reestablishing your motivation and reignite that flame to reach your goal?

1. Achievement drive;encouragement to increase or reach your goal.

2.Commitment;have commitment to the purpose of reaching your goal.

3.Initiative; readiness to wielding the opportunity.

4.Optimism; Presistence to fighting for target, although there are hindrance and failure.

Applying these 4 processes will help you keep your motivation and reach your goal.
